1. Payment
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express orders are accepted

2. Refund Policy
We do not allow returns or exchanges after 5 days from the date your package was delivered. As soon as you receive your jewelry, inspect it carefully and return within 5 days what you do not want. If you do have an item that is damaged (a stone falls out, clasp breaks,etc.) after the 5 day period, we will exchange it for the same item, up to 90 days after the receipt of the item.

You may not return individual items for credit. Exchanges for different sizes is also not permitted.
Celebrity Jewelry will assume no responsibility for returned items that are subsequently lost or stolen by any shipping carrier. We advise not to write anything on the exterior of the package that may reveal the contents.

Due to health reasons, we do not offer any refunds on ear rings.

NOTE: Be sure to include your contact info, invoice if you have it, and reason for return or exchange.

4. Privacy Policy
At Celebrity Jewelry, security and protection of our customers personal information is our top priority. We never release any information about our customers to anyone. Your information is always confidential.

5. Sale Items
For SALE ITEMS, availability is determined at the time you submit your credit card. Any sale items no longer available at this time or at the time of shipment will be cancelled and NOT placed on back order. For Mail-In Payments availability is determined when we receive your money order or your check has cleared.

7. Stock Availability
In-stock or out-of-stock status for each item in your cart will be determined at the time your order has been both submitted and your credit card authorized. For mail-in payments stock status is determined when your money order is received or your check has cleared.
